In the case of orders to Western Australia, the Northern Territory or remote destinations, delivery times may be longer (up to 21 business days). Our delivery rates are based on pricing supplied by our logistics providers and are calculated during the checkout process based on the distance to your postcode from our depot.
Once your order has been dispatched we will notify you, and provide you with the appropriate tracking information, and the details of the logistics provider contracted to deliver your order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, products must be in New condition (unopened, in original packaging, and unused).
Process: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Our Guarantee: While we recommend inspecting your paint within 7 days of delivery to ensure optimal storage and performance, our defective goods policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
