Black paper provides amazing contrast, Black paper gives you nice rich blacks so that when you apply lighter values to it, the values contrast against each other. If you were working on white paper, you would have to add lots of dark material in order to create the same type of contrast.
Ideal for use with Metallic Marker, Colour Pencil & Pens, Pastel, Gel Pens and acrylic paints. Gouache Paint has a particularly nice finish on Black Paper.
